"I’ve called the office multiple times, and they never answer, someone tried breaking in through my front door couple of times to the point that when I turn to open my door I have a hard time twisted twisting the door handle. Today we came to our apartment with the door knobs on the floor, and my door almost open, but you know no biggie for anyone. Just for me, I had to call a friend to fix my door knob so that I’m able to go out tonight and enjoy thanksgiving with my family"

"When I first moved in, the apartment was nice inside, but the staff was a joke. We are on our 3rd set of staff and finally, we have someone who actually knows what they are doing. And can work with everyone who lives here. Now don't get me wrong, the others had plenty of "problem renters", but there are still some of those around. This team gets it. Keep up the good work!"

"I just relocated from the East Coast. Nicholas has aided in a seamless transition by always being prompt and courteous. He also took the time to carefully select an apartment in good condition and is a gem to this community. When I arrived, the Service Technician Armi, was friendly, prompt and very neat. "Steals rent money. Don't fix anything. Filled with roaches. Bugs come from the cracks of the door from them not sealing the doorway. They just there to collect rent money. They never want to do there job as they supposed too. When they think they smarter then you. They will try to illegally evict you. Then cancel it once they see you know your rights as a tenants. But cancel it just in enough time for you to still pay some sort of legal fees. This is a very bad place to live. They play music loudly every weekend. Sometimes 5 in the morning. With no care about the other tenants around them. The office staff stills does nothing about it. The A.C vents does not work properly. It freezes up. Also you will have a 400.00 electric bill. N they refuse to give u money off the rent. Even though its because of their ventilation systems in each mainly upstairs unit. You have been warned."
