"We have been living here for over a year, and our landlord lives above us. They are loud and disrespectful. They talk loud all night long, and play loud music. We’ve had numerous talks regarding this, and they still are loud. I have a toddler and a 10 month old, they wake my kids up all the time and don’t care."
