"When I first came the experience was great Johanna walked me through everything as to what I need for the move in, and made the process smooth for me. I have been living here a couple of months now and so far I like it. It’s quite compare to where I came from, everyone speaks and mind their business. Only thing I would say that gets me is that there is no backing in with your car. But everything else great. When I needed something done Johanna made sure everything was taken care of and I didn’t have to wait a long time. I thank Johanna and the office for how they have been treating me so far."

"Wow! If you are considering moving into this place, please rethink your decision before signing a rental contract with these people. First and foremost the manager Mary is racist & have a thing againt black people & lgbt of any sort, I overheard her talking to her staff about a black gay man which she said some racial slurs about & refused to address it. Secondly, I moved out of a 600 sq apartment, which she is charging me $750 for a pet fee & i never had a pet, which she refuses to take off (so I’ll be taking them to court on this behalf bc there’s absolutely no proof of a pet living with me, no pictures, no footage, & no receipts). My second month living here, the place were infected with dry termites eating at the walls from the inside-out , the place was being swarmed by termites… to the point where I was uncomfortable staying there. I asked to have my rent compensated considering I was staying in a hotel until the issue was resolved. It was denied and Mary Informed me that according to my contract I must pay full rent. That wasn’t fair… it took pest control over a month to come out to tent the apartment building. I received $50 off my rent after spending 100’s of dollars on hotel fees that were submitted to the complex. She’s also charging me $600 for a carpet that needed to be switched out regardless if it was stained or not because I lived in the apartment for 2 years; Shouldn’t that be a regular procedure? Her staff is her puppets and is afraid of her. It doesn’t matter if you call corporate…. Because Mary has been there for over 20 years she is great best friends w/Jim who ignores Mary behavior because word from her staff, they were having an affair. (But at this point, who believes any of the staff they all talk mess about each other, & throw each other under the bus to save themselves) Nonetheless, Joanna is a liar; she talks mess about Mary & know that Mary is wicked but always kiss up to her to keep her job. There’s only one janitor available who doesn’t speak good English & Mary is paying him under the table. The entire staff is incompetent, & incapable of handling people when it comes down to living peacefully in your home."

"We lived here for a year & a couple weeks in, we were itching to leave. Car break ins VERY often. Entire vehicles were stolen. A neighbors motorcycle was stolen at gunpoint. The “security” is a joke.The management only cares about moving new tenants in, not tending to the existing ones. It absolutely is not worth the high rent, that continues to be raised. The dog park has no lights, does not feel safe at night considering how much mischief goes. When taking our dogs to the well lit courtyard we are harassed by management and security, where is that energy when our vehicles are being broken into and stolen?? Also had items stolen from our door step. I’d avoid this place at all cost if you value your things. Angel rocks, most amazing maintenance man with a beautiful soul and a heart of gold!! Everything else is mid."
