"I've lived in apartments where the management in office doesn't care about the people. I have to say Don in the office as been wounder full from the time we walk through the door. Helping us with the process of moving in. He has went above and beyond to make it as easy as he could for the process. As for maintenance they are right on top of it. Never experienced a crew like this. Very satisfied with the apartment and surroundings. Thank you so much for helping my family. I recommend living here."

"I'm so impressed on how much these Apartments has changed and for the better! I have lived in Kenneth City my entire life and as a kid I used to hang out here way back when they were Tanglewood. Today these apartments are beautiful inside, the community outside is nice and the staff is incredible. Don and Ann in the leasing office have been so amazing throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this place. It's so quiet and nice here."

"I would not recommend living here for quite some time. The company switch’s a lot so there’s new fees coming up a lot. You spend $20 to park weekly plus the valley trash that they provide is a scam they charge you multiple times on it. The shower knob broke off in the middle of the night after they replaced it. I had to Manually shut off my water and repair it. I had a roaches in the middle of the night and I had to take care of it. When it rains it’s the worst water would come in your window and if you live in the bottom floor sometimes in your door as well. Don’t get me wrong it’s a nice location to live in but I won’t live there for a long time. I know they’re trying there best I just wish they had more maintenance so they won’t be in a rush with everything. Safe to say I no longer living there."
