"Love the environment and the people. But the management is very bad. The office doesn't get anything done. They have been closed for about 3 weeks with no reason and no notice of being back. I being waiting on them to put in documents to section 8 for 7 months now and because they won't I may have to move."
"I have lived here for 10+ years. It was once a phenomenal apartment complex. We spent the last two years without someone in the office and Now? There is a super nice person working in the office however, our maintainance issue is AWFUL. The last two have been absolutely awful and now for the 3rd time I’ve spent 3 days without air. Getting in touch with someone is ridiculously hard. Leaving maintainance requests doesn’t do anything and calling the other properties doesn’t help! You literally cannot get help here. You call corporate? Nope they dont answer. Living in Florida, while pregnant, in this heat is unacceptable. There was so much potential here but this place has went completely down the drain. Unless there is a huge overhaul, this place now deserves a 1 star review."
"Ive been living here for 4 years. They moved us into a unit that probably shouldve had its carpet replaced before the last tenet even moved in.. The carpet has become uprooted, and the nailing is exposed. Ive since hammered them down but before that I pled that me and my children were stepping on them and something needed to be done.. They sent a repair person who told the office employee that the carpet was beyond saving and needed to be replaced. She seemed to have no problem saying in front of both of us that it was to expensive and the management would not approve. Richmond Properties is one of the greediest companies ive ever seen. I have it on good authority, that theyve laid off almost all of their maintance staff and the few left are now being shared amoung several complexes in the area. The front office has been closed with no sign on the door for at least 2 buisness days now. If you try to contact RP to figure out whats going on you get sent straight to voicemail. Every. Single. Time. (10 times since monday to be exact). So i assume the person responsible for answering those question has been laid off. They appear to be laying off all of their staff at the expense of the residents of their apartments. But hey, Cristina Woods is "affordable" housing so they probably understand that the vast majority of the tenets here do not have the financial capabilty to just leave so what does it matter to them if anyone has problem with it."
"3Br/2Ba Such a great place to live. Get o. That waiting list...it’s well worth it. Apartment: Very well kept. Appliances are black and when we moved in they were in very good condition. Closets are good (one/room) all walk-in. Patio is a decent size, enough for a table of four, but not extremely spacious. Bathrooms are awesome and big. Lots of natural light. Grounds: Very clean, very well kept. Maintenance responds quickly. Annual Fire Inspections. Parking is great and strictly enforced (some people have no idea how to park) it’s in a secluded area so makes you feel like your community is tucked away. Amenities: Gym includes a multi-function cable weight machine. 3 Treadmills and a Bike. It’s in a corner so not a lot of prying eyes. It’s clean too. Business room with some computers, two pools one for kids and one for adults/kids. Not that big but I’m good with that. Staff: Friendly and professional. Overall it’s such a great place to live. We are super happy here!"
"Great place to live. Grounds are well kept and maintenance is always around if needed. Front office staff is nice and helpful. Trash compactor does over flow every so often which is the only downside. Has a playground and pool with kid pool as well. Has an area to wash your car(costs quarters). Fire alarms are extremely sensitive to anything you cook. (Cereal made it go off lol) All in all awesome place to live would highly recommend."
