"Not worth it they are extremely disrespectful and the lady that answers the phone Jessica should be fired. She’s very rude and disrespectful and has absolutely no costumer skills. There apartment are nasty and infested with bugs and the appliances do not function. We called to have the refrigerator replaced and they bought another used one that was worse. You could never get a hold of Ms.Rude B**h. After reading a few reviews I really don’t understand how this individual is still there. Anyway this place is a whole scam. Not worth your money or pice of mind. If I could give it a -0 I would."

"Applied for a home for two adults, never received the link for second adults application. Called numerous times and left numerous voicemails since there was no answer. Requested help in regards to the second app since only one was completed and fee paid, needed to complete the second. No one ever called back. Sent question about the missing 2nd app through Zillow as well and never heard anything back. Very disappointed, really liked the home we viewed and wasted $40 trying to apply. I suggest you don’t apply without actually speaking to someone."

"Seems like scams in my opinion. The woman who answers the calls, told me I was “high risk” because I have rented my home through a private owner and not a property management company. That I would have to pay more of a deposit even though I have 20 years of perfect rental history and great income. Seems like she herself is making the decision and not an actual company. While I’m talking to her dogs are barking in the background, tons of noise. But yet, I’m the one who may not get the property because privately owned rentals don’t qualify as rental history. WOW. Very unprofessional and discriminatory. I don’t see how this is a functioning rental company."
