"If you’re looking to live here, please choose elsewhere. I have been living here for 5 years now and it’s been the worst experience ever. I’m the most cleanest person but my apartment was and still is infested with cockroaches. I’ve called management multiple times to have them resolve this issue so then they’ll get pest control to spray it down but the roaches come back right away. My family and I have been sick for so long, coughing and sneezing all the time. It was because of a recent discovery I made in which I found mold in the vents, bathroom, and laundry room. It’s mold that cannot even be fixed without tearing down the walls entirely. Speaking of that, I had fleas and a fleas nest inside the walls that escaped and were in one of the bedrooms. The management took six months to fix this issue. I basically had no wall or window for 6 months. They tore down the wall and window just to fix it and left it there which made me feel unsafe. Another thing I want to say is how bad the weed smell is in the area. It comes into our apartment and the smell reeks. The kids are out of control and loiter in the area with no parents watching them. Once I told some of the kids to go play at the playground instead, they scratched my car. I’ve seen trash being thrown all over the community and it is appalling to see. I’m now deciding to break my lease for the sake of me and my family’s health because of how unlivable the conditions are here. The management refuses to address my issues and they want me to pay for the remaining months of the lease. I’ve been miserable and I’m finally getting out of this dump."

"Lived here for 2 yrs. Decent & affordable complex. Friendly office staff & prompt maintenance. 3 stars because the walls are hella thin, so we could hear EVERYTHING our neighbors were doing & for nasty tenets leaving trash all over the parking lot."
"So a few things to say bout this place and it's kinda sad so here it goes.. They can't keep the pool in workin order or clean for that matter the maintenance guys are just the worst in every way possible they are ever rude and disrespectful they don't do thier jobs like they should for example keeping the place clean from trash but on the other hand the rest of the stafe is very nice people..The sidewalks in this place was ment for the golf cars not for people to walk on and they will town your car in the middle of the nite without letting you know even tho it belongs to a resident."
"I was so in love with these apartments my first year. It was clean, quiet, maintenance was fast (they're still ok) & THEN, last August my car got towed for parking crooked. I complained but nothing was done. Then A weeks ago apartment was robbed, broken into & everything stolen. I kid you not. I never ever leave reviews but I just feel that I had to share . The security guy that walks around at night, is not consistent. Sometimes he comes sometimes he doesn't. I actually had to reach out to corporate first they never even reached me when it happened, I had to email first. As compensation they're letting me out of my lease early and waiving the late fee on my August rent. No guarantee deposit back or anything, or waiving of the August rent like 800 dollars will hurt them after I lost literally everything and didn't even pursue litigation due to the fact that the security was not what was Told to me at the time of lease signing. & the locks are easy to get into. (Obviously)these are nice, but I wish there was a balcony & the stairs need pressure washing, but it's not safe. If it was, I would not have gotten robbed."
