"Management doesn’t answer the phone , even if you email they claim they didn’t receive it or ignore you completely. I have roaches that came up through the drain all over now & pest control doesn’t even spray for 5 minutes before they leave . The gate hasn’t been fixed since I lived here and they advertise that it’s a gated community. The lighting is horrible, it’s always so dark when you go outside. Everything is just painted over far as “remodeled/renovated”."

They don’t fix anything kitchen keep flooding, don’t have emergency maintenance , Never answers the phone, front office lady never in here office I wish I could give 0 stars charge alotta money to stay here and there not renovated! & don’t get me started on the mold!! In the apartment they need to do better , all they is paint of mold instead of removing what ever has mold , dish wash is always broken nasty & full of water! Please don’t move here"

"They don’t answer their phones or reply back to any msgs left. They advertise that they have units available but then it’s like pulling teeth to talk to someone. The one person I spoke too would response weeks later. They sent over the application but I’m not going to apply if there’s no way to speak too someone. Experiencing this and reading all the reviews just foreshadows what’s to come"

"I've lived there before and nothing has changed except the color of the building. Management only wants your money. They're not professional and good luck with getting maintenance done in a timely manner."

"I posted a review a while back and wanted to upstate it but somehow erased it. Anyhow....all my issues were resolved in a timely manner!!! Clearly there was a lack of communication. Candice assured me that if I have any problems that I can come to her personally or contact her via email. I stayed in my previous apartment complex for 2yrs. I was ready to go after the first year but had a hard time finding openings. So I stayed another year. Parc Place Villas has been the BEST CHOICE BY FAR‼️ I have yet to come in contact with pest! I did have a incident with ants but due to own fault and that was it. My last apartments had roaches galore‼️ Not here‼️ The property is ALWAYS CLEAN‼️ That’s what I love most! My neighbors are friendly and I love that my kids can go outside and actually enjoy the other kids in the complex. No overflow of dumpsters and being I stay near one, never encountered the smell of it thank God! I love my floor plan, though I regret not getting a 2 bathroom at times (I hate sharing). But the washer and dryer is a plus and very up to date!!! Feels like luxury here. Minutes away from everything!!! Haven’t had any problems besides my toilet and that was fixed same day I requested it. Everything else has been in good standings since I moved here back in Sept. I love it, I love the community....I can sit on my porch and watch the kids place and have a peace of mind. I plan on staying....and I hope my neighbors do as well!!!!"
