Its the management and the whole crew that runs this community is what makes it so great, 10/10 when it comes to maintenance requests, 10/10 when it comes to management responding to you. They care and thats hard to find. Worth every penny"

"My review is not based on the apts at MAA Indigo Points because I do not live here, but based on the service I received here today! I walked in without an appointment since I had been viewing other communities nearby and Jennifer was very welcoming! I informed her I did not have an appt but was in the area and she asked what size apt was I looking for, etc.. She did whatever it took to give me a tour today regardless of their busy schedule! The place is not for me, it is a little dated but their customer service at this place was amazing! Thank You Jennifer for your help!"

"I have lived with the company MAA going on 9 years now. Started in Orlando transferred to Charlotte NC back to Tampa, now Brandon. Thats what I love about this company is that you can transfer to any state that has MAA locations. The best thing that sets this company apart from the rest is that ALL breeds of dogs are allowed here and I refuse to live somewhere that has restrictions. Out of every location I have lived at, this property is the best. Renee, Jennifer and Ashara are the best office staff and management I could ever ask for. They truly care about their residents. Leo, Leon and Leonardo are the best maintenance crew I have ever had. No place compares to this. The only negative is people don't like to pick up their dog poop and litter and you have some loud residents but you'll find that at many places. I would def recommend living here for sure!!"

"Ashara, Renee, and Jennifer are the bee's knees! From start to finish they helped me along the way and made this process quick and painless (and we all know moving can be hectic!).
