"I have lived in Cypress Trace Apts. Since the Year 2000. I Appreciate being a resident here. There have been lots of changes however I’ve Always Received Respectful Attention from the Mgmt. Office and Prompt response when needing a Maintenance issue. What I would like to change is that they add another dumpster site for the convenience of all residents closer to The Back of The Complex. That would be Extremely Helpful not Only For Seniors without a Vehicle but Some Residents send Kids to Dispose Trash. I’ve seen Them Dragging Bags Leaving Litter in The Vicinity with No Care. I’ve Lived here since 2000. I’m Still Glad to Be A Resident Here. Things Look better this Year .. The Fresh Paint, Ezpay Rent Online, The Gates Provide More Security, & They have A Very Good Maintenance Team. And Last But Not Least . The Mgmt and Leasing Agents Are Professional and Have An Open Door Policy. Cypress Trace Apts Has Been A Good Community For Me and My Family. Feb. 18,2024"

"Super thankful by how quick they came out to address the issue however I specifically requested for a courtesy call before entering my home which got neglected. They left me a bag of popcorn which I thought was very sweet along with the completed physical copy of the maintenance request. They left the bottom rack of the dishwasher out on my counter… didn’t even put it away…"

"So far, so good. The only thing is that when my mother or I make a phone call or personally go to the community office requesting some type of service to the apartment or asking something regarding the community, we would simply like you to respond to us like the tenants that we are. and not as if you were doing us some kind of favor and with prompt kind attention, that would be very nice. The mail box number that I was giving, was the wrong one and we are also still waiting for a response to our last request. Looking forward to a wonderful relationship at the Cypress Trace community. "I put in a work order for both my bathrooms with Cypress Trace and the maintenance guy was there fixing on the problems the very next day. He was very nice and professional. Thanks so much!"

"The maintenance man checked my air conditioning unit in my apartment and didn't see any issues but noticed a electrical fuse need to be changed so he put a new fuse in the fuse box and checked the thermostat and my air conditioning started working. Maintenance man ended up coming back a second time and ended up having to replace a part and did a major clean out of air conditioning unit both inside and out. So far it is working great."
