"Horrible place to live. It’s disgusting first of all. Second, the leasing office are TERRIBLE at their jobs that they barely show up for. The hours at 12-4 on purpose so you have to take off a day of work to speak to them in person because they don’t even reply to the phone calls. Don’t waste your time here unless you want to live in misery with everything breaking around you and no one to come fix for weeks."

"Where do I begin. Never have I experienced such horrible management at an apartment. First of all the management company changed hands 3x in the two years I rented there. The old management company actually made an effort to take care of this property. But not the current one. My water was shut off multiple times with no warning. The elevators barely worked and were always in some sort of repair. The place has termites roaches AND rats. The windows don’t shut completely. The units have OLD ac units that haven’t been cleaned in decades (I requested a cleaning but they ignored me). They raised by rent by over $1000 more a month so I moved to a smaller unit. My washer was broken for over 4 months and it was impossible to get anyone to respond. There is never anyone in the office or answering their phone / emails. They started air bnb’ing the units to all sorts of people who left trash in the hallways and treated it like a cheap hotel. The place is borderline a scam. Stay away!!! Such a shame because it’s a beautiful building that used to have a great community of 20+ year residents until they kicked them all out (mind you, very elderly residents) when the market changed post covid. I began leasing as this was happening and saw the demise. Go to Palori or gaspar properties if you’re looking to lease on the island. This place is run by a bunch of crooks."

"Do not waste your time - the management is VERY slow to respond and do not care. It was a process just to be able to get a hold of someone. We wanted to take group photos during our wedding day here. We had to pay Mirasol just to take photos for 45 min. They were supposed to have security there the day we were scheduled to let us into the building. And NO ONE SHOWED UP!!! not sure what we paid for then?? Terrible service. Can’t imagine living here and having an issue and trying to get ahold of them!"

"Pretty place. Only here a few hours to visit friends, but the building is beautiful and antique looking while also pretty updated. The pool looks inviting and it's really cool that there's a dock and boats right there."

"I lived at The Mirasol on Davis Islands for about 3 years. It is a beautiful, historic building with beautiful apartments and common areas! Crown molding, lots and lots of windows that can be opened for a lovely breeze, and a beautiful, peaceful setting. The Mirasol is easily accessible to downtown Tampa as well as within walking/bike riding distance to the cute little downtown area on Davis Islands. The pool is beautiful, the lobby is spectacular, and overall, The Mirasol is a wonderful place to live. Easy parking, nice neighbors, convenient and again, beautiful! Check it out!"
