"Place is a dump, garbage everywhere, dumpsters are always overflowing & stink. Security gates are wide open most of the time. Can't get into pool most of the time. Pool table room in clubhouse has been closed for 2 years. Roaches on 3rd floors. They will tow your car even thought they told you you could park somewhere. Office people are rude & ignorant. Maintenance guys are a joke. They always try to over charge you for electricity.........."

"I haven’t even moved in yet and I regret signing. I had 3 other roommates planned and we all called and confirmed with the office a few months ago and now they are saying there was “no record” of us all calling to request roommates. They also said there were no full 4 x 4.5 (north) Units left, so why didn’t they tell us this when we were all requesting each other, but instead they said everything was fine months ago. These front desk workers are incompetent and they are trying to gaslight us saying we never called requesting us 4 be roommates. So now I’m stuck with 3 random roommates. It was also very difficult to get ahold of them in the first place because they rarely answer their phones. I am disappointed and regret my decision to sign here without even moving in yet."

"It’s definitely one of the best options in Temple Terrace for the price. The maintenance staff is always on point especially Mike. He always goes out of his way to make sure we have everything squared away. They respond to service request pretty much immediately. If you are moving to the area and are looking for a place to stay University Linq is for sure the spot."

"The property is messy, the apartments are not equal, and the communication from the front office is abysmal at best. The garbage service residents pay for is not reliable. Different units in the same 4x4 may be different sizes or have different amenities, for example all 3 out of the 4 rooms may have ceiling fans, don't get stuck as the 4th. Do not trust the words of the office members, I have been directed where to park by one of them and it has resulted in my car being towed at my own expense. This is NOT a college friendly apartment complex."

"I’m halfway through my current lease here and my apartment has been infested with rats for months. They leave droppings everywhere and chew through our food, all that U Linq has done is send a (clueless) guy from Massey to set traps occasionally. Our unit is clean and we’ve even been keeping all our food in airtight storage bins to try to keep the rats away, but the whole building has a major infestation. I was willing to look past the mold and roaches here (which are gross but rather common in this area) but the rat problem is severe and is not being dealt with properly, I really regret signing this lease."
