"i’m constantly getting sick because of exposure to mold. the ac unit would leak quite often and it would take months for them to come fix it. they’d come look at it change the filter or something and then never come back till months later. this caused moisture in the wall and one time i had a flood reach the bedroom carpet causing a strong musty smell. sleeping in that bedroom made me so sick i had to go see a pulmonologist. it’s a horrid place to live in and you can clearly tell the maintenance ppl have no clue what they’re doing and they never do their job and the ppl at the office don’t do anything even after i complain"

"The people saying this place is nice place to stay are managers posing as tenants. The office Is very slow about fixing things and the walls are paper thin. If you do decide to stay there hope for the third floor because first and second are the worst. Disrespectful, rude, none attended to kids running around. Not to mention a leasing manager name Emmanuel aka Emma is known for tax fraud."

"I love this apartment complex I’ve been living here for 4 years and I love it. I don’t know why people are complaining here that the maintenance people take forever to fix things because when I call the come to my apartment right away. The people at the office are extremely nice."

"I've been here for 5 years and the quality of the complex has gone downhill since they stopped being able to keep consistent staff. The constant turnover in both the office and the maintenance department has resulted in MASSIVE delays in service tickets being addressed, and a lackluster, unbothered attitude from the people who work on property. It shouldn't take months for a microwave handle to be replaced or weeks for a pantry door track to be ordered. I wouldn't recommend this complex to anybody that cares about keeping your apartment in good repair. These are the biggest concerns as of late, not even drawing attention to the office having extremely limited hours, the walls are thin enough that you can hear every time one of your neighbors showers, and we went 9 weeks with some of the streetlights out in our complex after a storm. I used to love living here but they've made coming home something to dread."

"Nice looking place but that's it. I live on the second floor.... the walls are very thin everywhere. I can hear the people conversation next door. Whenever the front door of the neighbors open and closes it sounds like it right in my living room. When people shower upstairs theres a constant loud clicking noise in the bathroom."
