"It has taken over 6 months and my unit is still not ready. Staff keeps giving me the run around surrounding inspection and work being completed on my unit. They have been getting this unit ready since September! The only response I get is " I understand. I will call you tomorrow. I will call you this afternoon. The inspection is scheduled. No one came out. The unit needs this... The unit needs that." I have held out on a review in hopes of improvement. Staff members point the blame towards previous employees. Previous employees have no bearing on current staff members. If you are doing your job, the previous employees and what they did or didn't do becomes a thing of the past. Things or issues of the past are non-existent. I give two stars because there's no sense of urgency. There is no reason for them to do their job -- no worries, she'll eventually find a place. This is how they make me feel. It is not them, so they don't care. They go home every day... They have no need to depend on them to do their job-- AND THEY STILL GET PAID."

"By far the worst properties to rent from!!! Maintenance is horrible and not qualified!!! Had no hot water for almost 4 weeks and all we get told is maintenance has been notified and still nothing no communication even after the initial date of being told they would be to fix it !! It’s not fair to pay rent somewhere and cant even use the hot water that’s inhumane!!! But soon as the rent late you get all kinds of messages and notes on your door but soon as something isn’t working the slow foot around with no communication!! Mold in the closets, tub needs resurfacing. Only 2 of the stove tops work no type of up keep has been done since we been here Apt is horrible but I’m furious about my hot water"

"I really wish I could’ve put zero stars. I moved out of one of y’all properties. November 30,2023 . Left no damage clean the apartment . I’m supposed to get my whole 700 security deposit back . Been calling corporate since last month . Couldn’t get nobody on the phone none last month . Finally the other day the receptionist answered the phone which she was beyond rude wouldn’t even give her name . She tells me my security deposit has been approved. But it has to be approved by the account and they only have one person that does the checks . She didn’t let me speak to anyone else even hung up in my face and won’t answer the phone anymore. All I want is my security deposit which is owe to me . I didn’t destroy the apartment left the apartment in very good condition. I’ve never experienced this kinda unprofessional in my life and it’s to ridiculous to be still waiting on my check that’s owe to me"

I visit a lot of apartment complexes, and I am very impressed with the professionalism and customer service of the staff, they are very honest and open , and really look to make sure you get a great experience. The new setup of the office and buildings is also really well done. 5 Stars would recommend the Towers at Gateway."

"It’ll let the pictures speak for me. This is one of the unit me & my family were moved into in MS. Charging $1300 for this is ridiculous. They do not care about their apartments, only money. The floors were disgusting, the staff are so unprofessional and you literally have to hunt the maintenance men down to fit anything. I’ve been cleaning & fixing things on my own since we moved here! I’m ready for this lease to end!"
