"Update: been here a few months and it is still a great place. No maintenance issues, no noise issues, no neighbor problems. All in all we are really enjoying living here. We just moved into Brookside Manor Apartments and I am not disappointed, the apartment upon moving in (1 bed, 1 bath 600 sq ft) was clean, painted, and most importantly in Florida, the air conditioner works perfectly! I noticed a light bulb was out in the kitchen, not a big deal at all but it was fixed first thing the next morning. Maintenance guy was very nice. The office staff is also very nice and helped answer all my questions (first time in an apartment so I had a lot of questions lol). The grounds are well kept, I've only seen a handful of residents so far. It's very quiet, been to the pool which is also very nice and quiet. Only issue has been lack of parking at my building if coming home later at night. Still not that much of a deal, the complex is smaller. Love it already."

I wish there were more lush walking trails nearby and shade, it's easy to immerse oneself in nature's tranquility especially moving from NYC. The apartment itself for a one bedroom is spacious, I wish there was more storage space but I work with what I have. There are a lot of schools in the area so during the school season traffic can be a little heavy but still not unbearable. They are also working on expanding the roads so it should relieve a lot of that. You will have those who complain, that's anywhere but doesn't bother my day-to-day. Management is pretty fair and I'm sure they understand that as well. "I have lived here about a year and a half and have nothing but good things to say. It's an older community, but very quiet and very clean. Maintenance is always very quick to respond to any requests, and super nice to work with. I really enjoy working with everyone from the office also. They are very friendly and quick to respond to anything I need."

"New resident of 4 months now. Very clean and maintained apartments. Quiet and respectable people live here. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. Maintenance is great, they even have an on call emergency maintenance man. Office staff is as sweet as can be. They host pool parties, and breakfast on certain occasions. They have a gym and pets are allowed in these apartments. Screened in porches with a view. I love it here. A/C works great. High ceilings. Glad I chose this place to call home."

"We've lived here for nearly 2 years now. We moved here from Colorado and lived in apartments there as well and comparatively speaking, these apartments are far better. In comparison, these apartments are more like a resort than what we were used to. We walked in to a newly renovated unit with new flooring, appliances, paint and everything worked - especially the A/C.
