Lake Pointe Apartments

"My family and I have lived here since 2012 that’s almost 12 years, Sandra, the manager has always been strict and consistent about following policies and although sometimes it can be difficult to want to follow the rules, it is what has kept this place running and looking great. Maintenance is always moving and on the run. Keeping up with orders. The work orders I’ve ever put in don’t really ever take more than a day. Although I’m sure there are exceptions. Office staff is friendly and patient, even when their office is busy. I can also say security is priority too, Sandra and the staff are vigilant about who enters the property, who is rented to and questions property activity to keep order on premises. My only complaint is that things get old and outdated and don’t get replaced unless they’re on their last leg and totally dead, but, who expects to live in an apartment for 12 years? It’s how the budget is saved and what can you expect? It is subsidized housing. If you can do without the luxury and make do with a humble but clean and kept up property, where you feel safe and trust your neighbors, this is the place for you! ***No subsidies were paid in writing this review *** ;)"

"My carpet flooded while living their, cockroaches in drains even though we were clean. Fire alarms would good off at late at night and that would wake up the entire apartment complex (It happened more than once). They also have stray cats which have bitten me for no reason."

"Living here was the worst 2 years of my life. Staff in office are the rudest people i have ever met. They’re always in your business so try to get a building in the back away from office if you have to unfortunately move here. Cant take anyone you know to the pool, or the staff might attack you for having guest. There’s a skinny maintenance man who likes to flirt and ask inappropriate questions to Female Residents he finds attractive even tho im sure he’s married watch out for him he’s creepy and scary. Don’t even get me started on the Car Towing Thief. !!DONT MOVE HERE ITS NOT WORTH THE CHEAP RENT I PROMISE!!"

"Not all reviews are negative.People write the bad stuff but never write the good things . I’ve been living in this complex for 11 years and all I have to say is that if you don’t follow the rules , you will have to pay for the consequences . I lived in building 10 and they towed my husband’s car but like I said before , he parked in the wrong spot . Lived in building 3 and never had a problem with parking . I’m currently living in building 1 and don’t have any problems. Maintenance is always on point and they handle the work orders immediately. There are no kind of insects. The only thing that I’m not too happy is the visitors parking.The office staff is great . Overall, it’s a good place to live if you follow the rules ,because they are very strict."

"I must start by saying that I have been living at this awesome community since 1998- There is no doubt that this is one of the best apartment complexes in the area. The staff is outstanding and always attentive and on time to get things done. As for me and my family we will continue to renew our lease and live here for the rest of our living days . Much Love and Respect for an outstanding job keeping our community safe and clean.:)"
