"I lived there for my last year in university and I am happy with the entire experience. The rooms are in decent size and the common area is spacious, the staff are doing their jobs and matched me with the right roommates who are clean and respectful. There are various events hosted by the office and they are a lot of fun. The maintenance crew are very dependable and always get things fixed."

"The condition is acceptable for a student apartment, but expect to have to beg management to fix any issue in your apartment. 100% not worth it for the ridiculous price they charge. When we first moved in, there was a major issue with mold, which we had to argue with management about the seriousness of for weeks. Once that was finally resolved, we discovered they don't take leaks or maintenance seriously at all, explaining how the mold got there in the first place. My room is riddled with water damage, there are multiple places where the paint is peeling off the ceiling and walls because of it. And when I finally saw water rushing out of one of my vents, they didn't have maintenance come to look at the issue for almost a week. They said that the water was just "old water." Where old water comes from in the 1st floor of a 4 story building is beyond me. Additionally, when we moved in, our dryer barely worked, and clothes came out of our washer soaked. After they had to dump water from the dryer hose multiple times, they told us to "stop putting soaking wet clothes in the dryer," but didn't resolve the issue that made the clothes come out of the washer soaked. Our washer stopped spinning completely, leading all clothes to come out so wet that the dryer did nothing and they left puddles on the ground if we even attempted to hang them. Since then, our washer has been unusable, as there is no room in these tiny apartments to leave clothes out to dry for multiple days. Despite calling and going into the office multiple times a week for 7 WEEKS, this issue still has not been resolved. I would not be paying an absurd price for this apartment if I knew the in-unit washer/dryer would be unusable for almost 2 months."

"I recently took a tour of the 4050 Lofts, and it was a fantastic experience. The tour was highly informative and also thoroughly enjoyable. My tour guide Anya was incredibly nice and helpful. She answered all the questions I had and some. The amenities were impressive as well. This is definitely a place in my to 3 for moving next year. Highly recommend checking it out."

"My honest rating is 4.5/5. I have been here for 3 years now. I have no complaints whatsoever about the management or my unit so far except for one. If you truly take a loyal resident’s feedback in to account, please put someone at night time security all days a week not just on call. I have pool view and I rarely get a good sleep at night because at least 3-4 days out of week some kid is screaming outside at pool at 2am. You must do something about this. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one that has said this so far. At least send a mass email frequently reminding residents to respect the peaceful stay of other residents. Management has always been kind and nice to me. I love the place and facilities, small distance to USF, friendly manager and staff and timely maintenance. It’s in overall a very good place."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. My friends and I moved in here and the first four photos are the condition of the apartment at time of move in. And the last 4 photos are how we left the apartment. They did nothing when we moved in when reported the condition but They had no problem charging us almost $300 total for the move out condition. One charge was for the “removal of the rug” which was there at time of move in and can be seen in the move in photos. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND MONEY AND LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE."
