"After spending an insanely high and uncommon application fee of $335, I have not been able to reach a SINGLE employee to follow up on the status. I have left voicemails and sent emails. DO NOT SUBMIT PAYMENT unless you are actually on the property. If this is how the owner does business, I don’t want to live there anyway. I am however posting reviews everywhere I can and contacting the BBB to help any future applicants. Moving is already stressful and add the immensely overpriced apartments and horrible customer service and lack of business ethics and it’s just bad."
"DO NOT MOVE THERE!!! THESE APARTMENTS ARE ROACH INVESTED the tenants pay for pest control monthly but NO pest control shows up I don't see why they charge that to every tenant when not every tenant gets the service. EVERY APARTMENT needs a servere bombing to keep those bugs out not just 1 unit honestly. They have the worst appearance out in the parking lots. As it's trash everywhere glass broken outside of cars like bad enough you have to pay rent for bare minimum living conditions but why not pay $300/ new tire after parking in your homes lot. Staff is super friendly but the owners don't care as long as you can pay rent they don't care if your child gets I'll from the way you can afford to live in this economy smh if I had the means I'd get my brother out that dump. His friend has 2 kids she lives here too and she took has so many issues besides water damage to her unit, constant rain coming into her bedroom and backdoor area, she had human waste flood into her bath tub it smelled horrific omg and yet she waited 2 days in the apartment with staff aware all this happened smh as I said DONT MOVE HERE your car is more comfortable than a place that even a raccoon can survive in. The roaches sure are. 0 star!"
"The maintenance is a joke. My requests are constantly closed out with no one coming by. My unit flooded and I was told no one came to do flood clean up because it didn’t “come from my unit.” The office constantly glazes over my issue, and it has flooded time and time again to where there is literally grime, dirt, and god knows what else coming up into my kitchen. Do not rent here, I understand the price point and area, but to maintain basic living conditions should not be like pulling teeth. 0 stars if I absolutely could."
"My water is completely un inhabitable , it's not even the color of rust. It is burgandy poor out of every water faucet and I have lived here since 2014 and they keep selling over the property. I have the worst Infestation of cockroaches and when the plumber came they are using temporary PVC to bypass in which even the plumber says it's only temp. My roof and walls still have damaged from hurricane irma. I have gave notices many times and the only reason I stayed is because I am a struggling college student in which before they even attempted to fix They are binding people to renew even with the conditions as is - and seeing people as a number and for any one willing to pay at market price which is almost a $1000 and when i moved here it was $549 2014 !its currently 2018 going into 2019 in 2 months Nothing has changed here in order for the market to raise that cost of living I mean absolutely not over doing it here. I am being as clear as possible, I currently have huge holes in my bathroom and hall way while they even went under my sink and trashed my kitchen floor and I had to clean it. But the whole in my bathroom from there work is still there. I dont do review but i am letting you know. Having all that said it's your decision. However, pro-New staff is nice and hoping to make changes In response to response: I have reached put may times since 2014. But that you for your timely response."
