The Summit at Sabal Park Apartments

"I am very happy with my new home. The apartments are very beautiful. In the office everything went very quickly. Mayra attended to us and approved us quickly. I liked her because about two days later she gave me the keys to the apartment to celebrate Christmas. I'm very happy. And I have an atmosphere of great peace and tranquility. I have a beautiful view outside my apartment. My children and I are very happy."

"Peaceful and quiet community, apartments are cozy and welcoming. The Leasing Manager Mayra is extremely proactive and approachable. The maintenance crew is professional. The landscape is well kept and clean. Location is great!!!! One recommendation I would make is to place control access gates for added security."

"Read- if you want a honest review. Its long but worth it. I was going to give it some time to see if the property (leasing office) was going to actually do what they said. So i can give them the benefit of the doubt but they prove me right time after time. How nothing is never what is said. I am a previous tenant that lived at Summit at Sabal park since July 2020-2023. I moved out in August. Since my residency in 2020 it has been horrible. I will say that moving in during the prevalent time of Covid, which mean they were understaffed. A supervisor that joy ride on the golf cart. A young man that couldnt fix nothing. And a guy that stay on site and probably the only one that worked. So I never really got my work order done correctly. Also the same issue on top of another. I got the apartment in wear and tear shape. Dead roach. Water damage. Wall peeling. Foundation of the apartment overall was horrible. I try to be understanding. At time the apartment were going for 980-995. Very much affordable. So it was really "you paid for what you get".Only thing I can say good about the place is location and parking. For me at thr time. After that nothing else is great. Deliveries- Forget about it. You'll never recieved them because you have homeless people that raid the property and it's dumpster and steal people packages. There 88 patrol security that they advertise never come. And if you call, they will come about an hour later. At that point, what could they do. It's really a joke. Out my time living there I saw them 4 times. Myra (property manager) lies. She will literally tell you one thing and do another. The receptionist Alondria she pretty much new nothing to say about her during my duration there. The Assistant manager something with a T or K. She is Black young lady (she dont know nothing). There maintenance team now is decent. Better than what I was dealing with in 2020. The rent prices are ridiculous for the type of quality living you are getting. There has been domestic violence and robbery at the location. There is no protection unfortunately. This is one of the factors of me leaving especially living on my own. If you rent here and decided not to read this honest review. Whatever issue you have at this property. You can't say you haven't been warned. I understand rent is ridiculous. I don't think you work hard to pay rent and have to live under conditions that apartment complex provides. Only rent here if you have no other options, seriously."

"Awful customer service in the leasing office. Both girls look like they hate there job. Dog poop and the walk way from to pool. Staff acts as if thats normal. Strong mildew smell. What is going on? Awful!"

"All do respect, I would love a call from the property manager so I can get an explanation to why they had me move in when nothing was ready and half of the appliances in my home are broke. Maintenance has been in and out of my place everyday since I have been living here. Why aren’t you calling and checking in with me to make sure things are getting complete and I am comfortable? I moved here from Cleveland and I want the smoothest transition possible because its already stressful moving that far. All the maintenance requests makes it seems like I am asking for so much when all of this should have been complete and checked before move in. I am very confused and have never seen something like that before."
