"Bad place to rent they handle every tenants business in their office mail included .maid who steals and moves out property when ordered by office. And they exparte their tenants whenever they want. I don't recommend anyone to rent from the owners.not to mention pest problems"

"The conditions at this address are deplorable. It is infested with bed bugs and roaches, unclean and unsanitary, the administrators are mean abusive, and unhelpful. There is no qualified medical staff on premise to assist patients and no compassion for the needs of sick residents. Police calls and EMT visits are daily and sirens a part of every day living as the Emergency Room and Homeless Outreach are very nearby. I could not recommend an over night stay let alone a $600+ monthly rent payment to enjoy an unclean, bug infested, one bedroom, with a mentally ill room-mate. There is no security, even though there are dozens of reports of violence almost monthly. Many of the emergency calls come from owner/operator Maggie Cooke as she is unable to maintain staff or communicate with her residents in any appropriate fashion. Illegal Room checks are conducted and the ladies will throw anybody out with-out refund on any given day or night with-out explanation, simply to keep monthly rent and rent the space to another tenant. Mail is intercepted and examined, even the prescription medications they claim to help administer. Air conditioning is considered a luxury and only old moldy window units are supplied. Black mold is present due to many un-repaired plumbing leaks. There is no medically credentialed staff on site, in fact over 50 residents are overseen only by owner partner, and a cleaning lady. Residents are left to fend for themselves 20 hrs. daily in a highly dangerous environment. if you want to insure your medical problems persist until your death, this nightmare of residence will do that AND give you some new conditions and diagnoses as well. If you want to torture your disabled family remember, see if they have room for them. Through unbelievable trials , and with supreme discipline and tolerance I was able to survive it for almost two years. DO NOT try this yourself. I am a highly trained professional."
