"Only reason I’m giving a one star rating is because no one is ever in the office, building is hardly clean and I don’t hardly see the maintenance man in here. This place went from being somewhere I was proud to say I live to being embarrassed to say I live here. Please do better."

"They invaded on my privacy on so many levels! The staff are completely unprofessional, including the personal that is required to clean, BANGING on my door and never identifying himself to me telling ME I need to clean to clean a hallway occupied by many! The way he banged on my door you would have been skeptical about opening the door(which I did not) I never got notice when they came into my apartment which is required! This complex is a joke unless you have housing which watch they watch your every move in your OWN privacy anyway. I never write reviews but I’ve had enough!"

"The manager is on a power trip, she makes rules up as she pleases even when you show her the lease stating other wise. Her kid is the porter here and he does no work so the "new building " is dirty. Nevertheless she allows him to stay in one of the apartments but always threatening the tenants with violations since lease renewal isn't guaranteed. Worse place to recovery from a DV situation cause it's a prison with snitches and cameras."

"Place itself is nice! View is amazing, neighbors are amazing. But don’t move here unless you’re prepared to have a utilitarian lifestyle. The manager invokes new rules whenever she pleases and often is threatening more rules to receive compliance. Your place will be checked for unknown reasons monthly and there is no such thing as privacy here. Your every move is watched by cameras and staff. There are many victims are domestic violence here and most feel uncomfortable here and triggered being reminded of previous life of being so heavily controlled. But there are many things residents due that break rules- I’ve never lived somewhere you are so controlled and monitored- as if you’re in trouble and that’s why you’re here."
