No matter how big or small the issue may be, Jane will make sure it's taken care of. She has been such a blessing to our family in so many ways. She is the absolute best!!!"

"The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because I don't want to make the business look bad since they were pretty helpful and responsive when we reached out to them. However I wish I can say the same about the agent we had to deal with, Jane Grose, who was nothing but useless. To start she showed up at the wrong house the day we met. Days went by without a reply from Jane, no texts back nor return our calls. Not the best first experience when moving to a new state. We managed to get an answer in another place within 24 hours with the same paperwork we sent to her. I wish everyone good luck if you happen to deal with this agent and hopefully it won't make you lose your time and money. Update/Reply to Owners Respond: It takes a lot more than a lousy agent not performing it job to make me upset. My review was based on the lack of communication and professionalism of one of your agents. However, down to two stars since I believe you have at least one honest worker in your agency who was the one who admitted that working with Jane was not the easiest."
