"My apartment has now flooded 4 times, with me having to clean up for hours each time, over $6,000 in damages they owe me and are only now willing to waive a so called $1,000 Transfer fee, nothing more, not even a sorry. They are great at lip service saying they want to make it right, but just dragging you through the mud. Oh and it took 6 months to get a working dishwasher where one of their new hire maintenance guy broke the main water pipe trying to install a simple dishwasher, he was obviously fired soon after. Flooded my place twice that night because the main water pipe was broke in 2 spots so when they turned the water to the building back on, water started rushing out from my counters once again, with me using all my bath towels to block the water and ringing my towels out over the tub for hours, 4 times now in 11 months. And all they want to offer is waiving $1000 transfer fee, not even honor their "Today's Special" and give me one month free on the unit I am willing to transfer to. Water heater in the unit above me leaked after the tenants moved out and their contractors were in there flipping the unit, leaking all down my walls and coming out the corners. And now currently going on for the 4th time is an intersection of PVC pipes leaking in my bathroom ceiling. You would think that they would make me a priority and do what is right given all that I've had to deal with, including protecting their property from further damages, but no, they are only working for 1 goal and that is to collect as much money from as many people they can while keeping their expenses as low as possible. These people and this company does not care about your well-being. Obviously. I will be sharing my experience with TGM Bay Isle on here very soon. I just don't have the energy right now given Jerry and Ashley have drained me now over the course of months."
"I have loved my experience living at TGM Bay Isle! JoAnn, Chanel, Ashley and Jaden have all been wonderful and super helpful. They truly care that I am comfortable and enjoying my new community. My apartment was bright and beautiful and exceeded my expectations upon move-in; it brought me to tears of joy! Thank you guys and keep up the great work! (Oh and my dog loves it here too! :)"
"UPDATE 12/16/2023- Apartment has been flooded for the 2nd time due to the main pipe busting AGAIN, as well as 5 other apartment in my building. If they would fix it right the first time this should NEVER happen again but it did. This is ridiculous for the price you pay for these apartments. Currently, with industrial humidifier and fans in apartment to "dry" the entire left side of my apartment. Over an inch of water in washer/dryer area, dining area, kitchen, and master bathroom. Water lines all over the ceiling & walls that still have not been cut out to "dry." Doors damage and now don't shut right. I'm sure there is a huge mold issue in this building and my apartment. 4/24/2022 I've been very happy living here until just recently. The property is beautiful & taken care of for the most part. Rent was reasonable until my lease came up and they raised it by $140. I could've leased the same apartment being a new resident and got it cheaper, which makes NO SENSE. My apartment was flooded 4/24/2022 & 5 other apartments when I first moved in by a main water pipe. I was here only for a week & not even unpacked. Had so much damage. They did take care of the issue (took weeks but fixed everything). The paid us on damages to personal belongings but almost took a year before we actually saw the check. Maintenance was good in the beginning but is now AWFUL! You put services request in, they close them without completing them, and not actually fixing the issue. My refrigerator had to be replace, they damaged my walls in the entry way when they replaced it, & now going on 8 weeks that the wall hasn't been fixed. This is just one example. They say they are LOW staff but that doesn't mean it should be the resident fault and work orders should be getting completed in a timely manner. I've had a water sprinkler closet in the breezeway of my hallway beeping for MONTHS. Has is been taken care of NO! I've been up to the office several times about both of these issues and still NOTHING! I've NEVER experienced this before at ANY apartment complex I've lived all over the US in apartments. Don't even waste your time leasing here you will end up being disappointed later down the road & paying WAY more when your lease is up. They have low ratings for a reason."
