"This is by far the worst vacation rental I have ever stayed at. Upon checking in we saw a mini pool of water under our bed that continued to get worse as it rained. The company lied to us and told us someone would come fix our issue in three hours and they didn’t come for almost 24 hours. The company never apologized or tried to make things right in anyway. Upon further inspection we found footprints on the wall where the room was not cleaned before we checked in. The dishes and everything we’re rusty. There is no central a/c. Just a/c units in the window. We didn’t have electricity for almost 24 hours in our outlet which lead to us having no a/c for two days. They brought an extension cord which was suppose to fix the issue. We lost two days of our vacation dealing with this company. If I knew then what I know now I would have completely ran from this location. They charge you a cleaning fee and the apartment comes with issues. They don’t apologize or offer any discounts for issues on their end. Run as fast as you can. I promise you’ll thank me later."
