"Midtown Novel is an amazing experience because it offers so much like apartments with the view of the Vegas swimming pool, full size kitchens in every apartment, full size washer and dryer, very quiet and clean. Top notch maintenance department who comes to take care of repairs same day or by the next day. Orlando and Victor are top notch maintenance men. Excellent and very professional rent department. Well equip gym. Excellent swimming area with electric grill. I've lived here for two and half years, moved in when this place was 4 months old and have absolute no plans to move out. Whole Foods grocery store on the first floor. Choice of restaurants all around."
