Very impressed with the staff, the grounds, and our apartment. Excellent! 1/1/2024 - love living here 2/13/2024 - I want to be sure and update! Still a 5 star. The office and maintenance team are incredibly responsive. Best we’ve ever seen."

Customer service is a priority and they have been willing to assist in anyway we needed, keeping things easy, and showing they cared about us a people. John our maintenance guy has been there immediately even when having to call on the weekend for an emergency. I also think the property is kept pristine and is so quiet it feels like home for me. "Loved living here. The staff is amazing, from maintenance to front office, they go above and beyond to make you feel at home here. John and the rest of the maintenance staff are so friendly. They care about you as an individual and are willing to help with even the smallest things like mounting a tv. Felt very lucky living here because of them! It is not a huge corporate business so when you have a problem they go out of their way to find a solution. Cannot recommend living here more!! Only reason I left was because of work, had to move."

"Aura @ 4th is a great place to live! Move in was extremely quick and simple, they are very straightforward about fees and expenses that you pay. Tony is the best property manager, really great person to have here and makes you feel super welcomed. Neighbors are all friendly, the amenities are a huge plus, landscaping is beautiful! Had a few very minor issues that were fixed the morning after we submitted the request. Really great team that handles maintenance and makes sure your issues get resolved. I highly recommend living here."
