"I’ve lived at The Meadows Apartments going on 4 years and I find it to be a good bang for your buck, first off. They’ve recently changed management and are doing a much needed renovation. The manager, Jose, is available if you have a serious problem, otherwise , the ladies in the front office are always there to assist, wearing a smile. The maintenance staff is great. They come within a few hours of letting them know a problem exists. Kudos to William, who knows his stuff and is super friendly!! A few pros to living here are the convenience of having needed stores, business and Tampa Airport steps away; and living in a gated community where you’ll always feel safe."

"Well as you know in apartment living all the woes that comes with it! As far as the maintenance guys...... they always work so hard! Even helped me with a dead battery for my car. They do the best they can with what they have. Mr. William was the latest gentleman to come to our rescue and was very knowledgeable and thorough! Thank you for working so hard guys and making apartment living bearable!"

"I've been living here for a couple of months, I don't understand how they can have so many tenants. The apartments are the worst! They are super old and sadly I did not get to tour the place until a day before my move in day, which at that point I had no choice but to take it. Today I got a letter warning me about the garbage that was outside my apartment, which was only a box that was taken out an hour before they posted it. I went to the office but the lady is extremely rude and said I couldn't leave it there at all and that next time I was going to be fined. The ironic part is they don't enforce those rules to the rest of the property. According to her the place gets clean EVERYDAY! But please see for your self, some garbage has been there for months and makes the place look disgusting. They should be worry about the garage they are responsible for and maintaining a decent grass rather than a freaking box!"
