The Application process was very easy to complete and help was always readily available! Please apply I encourage anyone. Furthermore, This property has a Kids Afterschool Program. Which is sooooo convenient for Parents like me whom get off of work Late."

"I just woke up out my sleep drench in sweat. Unfortunately for me and my family, I’ve experienced this several times in the past two months. I placed the original work order back in October , and it is now mid December and I still have no AC. Imagine my frustration in this situation. This office has had ample time to complete this work order, but yet I still don’t have a working AC unit two months later despite steadily paying rent. Which happened to be raise in September . I find it offensive that you’re able to ensure the rent increase, but unable to ensure that work orders are getting done in in a timely manner, especially one for AC. I am trying my very best to be patient and understanding, but it is hard to do when you’re constantly drench in sweat day and night, when I’m paying over a grand in rent. Pleas have this resolved before the New Year ."

"I see a lot of complaints on the reviews but the new management and maintenance team have been doing an amazing job of trying to clean up the mess left behind by the previous staff. At least they recognized the problems and are working hard to correct it. I’m so glad Ricky is back, he has always been extremely helpful any time I’ve had an issue and the management team has been working hard to make sure everyone is taken care of in a timely manner. If you are reading reviews that are 5 months old that staff is long gone thankfully!"
