"They are still hiring thieves to work around the neighborhood like Julio Borona and the electrician that goes by C-Bert. Both of them have stolen thousands of dollars from us. They will work on you house and leave when they feel like it. I’m house is still not done because they decided to run with the money. They are hired by the neighborhood so you guys watch out for your stuff cuz they will take it. I’m missing tools that were never gone until they came to work on my house. These guys are hired by Jim Travis the VP of the neighborhood. They will argue about a contract that is already agreed on and then try get more money from you. When you tell them no, they get angry and not work. Worst place because of management"

"The Vice President, Jim Travis is the worst. They all work to together to get more money out of the residence. Jim Travis doesn’t live in the neighborhood but still is Vice President even after that fact this man feel like he could do what ever he wants. He walking to his units without providing notice. So if you care about you privacy. I don’t recommend him as your landlord and that is a warning for females because he has walking in unannounced into units that females are home alone at. If he recommends anyone to do house work, just no they will try to rip you off."

"Very well managed, upkeep and major remodeling projects are well organized. All residents are throughly informed when work is to be done. They provide a clean and safe community with full-time maintenance and security personnel. I believe they spend our budget efficiently. Although storage and trailer parking is minimal. I feel this is a very elegant property with a beautiful lakefront an accompanying clubhouse, pool and boat ramp!"

"I live here for 9 years. Never had any issues. Manager keeps This condominium looking good and on top of her job. People complain because they don't want to follow rules but in this place you have to follow rules specially when the HOA are keeping this place safe, clean and up today! The parking has never been and issue. Every apartment have an assigned parking (that's a plus) and plenty of guess parking available specially for the tenants or owners that forget to go personally to the office to provide proof lease and car Registration to avoid the headaches. 3 car wash facility in the property. 3 laundry with good machines. Boat ramp.... big pool with an awesome view to the lake... by the way the pool is very well maintained and always clean. Very quiet neighborhood and best school assigned to this area."
