"1) A week ago I talked to Thomas that it was a Saturday and I told him everything that the apartment has like the cracks of the floor and the hand towel stick and it is stuck that the water in the shower does not pass fast and the paint of the house is poorly painted and it has already been a week and today September 03 of 2022 Thomas and Karla Kimberly never do anything fast they always take And so the income is increased by 100 more dollars. 2) And I've been asking you for the number of the association for a long time and they don't want it but the law is fair and with all the weight of the law God will do justice with bad and heartless people and on top of that they give us bad apartments that is stealing our money and justice will always come to light."

"Good customer service, decent studio apt with low utility expenses. Basically a nice place to live. No access to public transportation. Would be 5 stars except for the neighborhood wack job spy being my neighbor."

"Place is very quiet which is good but apartments not that roomy. Kitchen is long like a hall not big if you like to cook. Living room and dining area and one bedroom ok small tub in bathroom. Think she pays over 800 for a one bedroom so ok if you not at home alot. A big step up would never work well with anyone thats got any handicapp problems. I dont know if they have units for that. Just dont like the kitchen if you like to cook too cramped."

"For the most part, very quite and comfortable living. Enjoyed most my neighbors in the area, always stopping by for good confirmation. Property management always willing to listen and rectify any problems. Rent was reasonable for sized apartment, however no pool!"

"Been here for 2 years in a 1 bed room apartment. Great management team Kim does a great job at being a responsive attentive property manager without being invasive. The maintenance team is also quick to respond. In the two years I have been here I haven't had any property problems. The community is very quaint and friendly. Pet friendly environment. The location is great because it's just off the 436 without ever being crowded by traffic. Everything you could need is nearby gym, grocery, local restaurants. I've recommended this complex several times and I am moving into a 2bd unit in June. Currently in a 1bd 1ba and the electric has been as high as 110 in August and as low as 45 in Feb. Water is a base of 26 I believe because of waste management and never hit higher than 45 but I have a washer and dryer. Without the washer bill averaged 30 to 35. No gas. All the roofs have been updated in 2016 as well as the interior. Linoleum wood flooring with update kitchen. I absolutely love it here."
