Clarice Court Apartments

"The apartment complex was ok until parking became an issue. Now it’s a nightmare for me, I have a decal still was towed saying spots are reserved. I have reached out to the office and sent multiple emails, I called Tampa Parking Division where you would have to reserve parking and was told they don’t service this area. I wouldn’t recommend moving here just because of this issue. Literally anxious everyday wondering if my car will be outside and I was right to be."

"Just moved in a week ago. So far the location is great. It’s quiet and I feel safe. I have a large dog and they are pet friendly. Kelly in the office has been very helpful. So far it’s a great place."

"Very small apartment complex in South Tampa, South of Gandy. Apartments are priced fairly for the area. Location is key. There are six buildings that make up this complex. Every apartment is guaranteed one reserved parking space and there are two visitor parking spaces per building, so parking is a bit of an issue if you have more than one car or like to have visitors over. Each apartment is roughly 950 square feet and are two bedrooms, one bath. The livingroom, dining room and kitchen are one large room. Bedrooms are decent sized. Each apartment has washer and dryer hookups located in a large closet area in the dining room. Apartments on the first floor have a front and back door with a back patio. Apartments on the second floor only have one door, located in the kitchen, and a front porch. Apartments have been kept up to date with remodelings, tile floors throughout and a dishwasher. There is one dumpster at the end of the parking lot. All mailboxes are located at the front of the complex. You must go to the post office to get a new key for your mailbox when you first move in and depending on if the person before you turned in the key or not you might have to pay a small fee of around $2. There is no outgoing mail slot so if you want to mail something you must go to the post office or meet the mail man when he comes. I live on the first floor and never hear my next door or second floor neighbors. I have lived here for two years now and anytime something has broken, I put in a request and it is fixed very timely. The maintenance men really go out of there way to be accommodating and courteous. I have never had an issue with anyone in the office and have always had my calls and emails returned in a timely manner. Overall, I havent had an issue living here and will be staying until I'm able to buy a house in the next year or so."
