"I’ve been living here for 1.5 years. Overall this is a decent apartment building. Location and management team are very nice. However, there are some issues worth pointing out: - recently there’s been an increase in dog waste in the stairs and near the entrance. Despite constant emails from the management promising 25$ fines there’s no change - things seem to be getting even worse. Management should install cameras at the entrance and in the stairwells and make the fine at least 250$ - the building is pretty old, and the amenities don’t seem to correlate with the high price mark. Pool is not heated and is almost always in the shadow, so it’s possible to swim only in the summer. Gym is small and some equipment is pretty old. It took several months to repair one of the machines. In general, this is a decent place, but it’s not fully worth the money they’re asking for it."
