Magnolia Place Apartments

"I lived here from 2019 to 2023 in both a studio and 1 bed room and have nothing but praise for both Josh (property manager) and the maintenance staff. They were receptive to every request and handled everything in a timely manner while being incredibly friendly. While the building is older and lacks some amenities seen in newer properties, you will not find a more cost effective apartment in South Tampa. The surrounding neighborhood is peaceful and quiet as well. I highly recommend this and bay vista to anyone looking for an apartment in this area."

"The worst place to live stay clear. Had to move out immediately when I became pregnant bc of septic leaks that were not fixed immediately, ceilings caving in, and extensive issues of mold ( again not fixed immediately ) and an hvac system that hasnt been cleaned in over ten years. It’s impossible to get ahold of the property manager Josh in emergent situations. You have to submit an online request which is a joke. The apartments are decrepit and I’m surprised they haven’t completely collapsed. They have severely been neglected. My brother never had these issues prior to living there four years ago. It’s been 30 days and the landlord still hasn’t fixed the septic leaks nor the caved in ceiling which has happened twice now while my brother is living there. It’s a shame they are not taking the health of their residents seriously. I know for a fact these issues have affected neighbors. DO NOT LIVE HERE. This has been built up frustration and disappointment."

"Eduard and his team at Magnolia Place are amazing. Honesty, integrity & genuine great guys. The apartment is in a low key, chill area, people are mindful of their neighbors in respect towards noise. A breath of fresh air after the last year in a horrible complex that lost touch with residents and were more about the $$ than taking care of residents/ complaints/ etc. Less than 24hour response with maintenance requests at Magnolia & peace of mind. I'm happy we are home at last."

"Management and maintenance are amazing here! Property manager Eduard is professional, courteous, and does an excellent job of communicating and updating us in regards to our community, notices to enter, etc. He has been wonderful and has exceeded our expectations. He has made our transition to Magnolia easier and made the whole process flow smoothly. Maintenance has been awesome as well! Jeff and Midal do an amazing job and have a great work ethic. They work efficiently and effectively to resolve any and all issues. They communicate great and work with me in regards to my schedule. They have stayed after hours to resolve issues and responded timely for any emergencies that may arise after hours. Overall our experience has been great and I wanted to make sure they were recognized for their hard work!!!"

"I lived in Magnolia place for 12 months and trust me I only enjoyed the first 3. I wanted to move out but due to financial issues I had to stay. The management is worthless. If you need anything done don't count on the maintenance man! Everything was dirty I payed to do my laundry at the laundry mat down the road because the washer and dryers at magnolia place were filthy no one ever cleaned them. The owner was filling the apartment with tenants that didn't make me feel safe. The pool was disgusting!!!! They never cleaned it. It was green!!! Totally contaminated! I called management and nothing was done what a surprise!!! I knew a lot of the neighbors and everyone was miserable! I knew of ton of apartments that were infested with mold. I had water damage and it took them 4 months to do anything about it! I would advise everyone to run far away from this complex!!! Worst experience of my life."
