"The gates here never work, maint is slow to respond and usually have to make multiple trips back due to incomplete work and the amenities are decent at best. The property management staff are passive aggressive and indifferent of the resident's they rent to when they have issues with anything relating to criticism or problems and I would not recommend this place to anyone! WILL NOT be renewing the lease either and would leave now if i could. NOT WORTH THE COST THEY CHARGE."

"We rented an unfurnished unit for about 9 months. Sam was amazing, very helpful throughout our move in and was always available if we had any concerns. The pool area is amazing. There’s also a small gym that is very nice. Lots of parking too, which is always a plus. Overall, I’d recommend MSouth to anyone transitioning between homes like I was. It can be a little pricy if you intend to stay long term, but it’s worth it."

"This community is beautiful! Teri is wonderful! She is very quick to respond to phone calls and emails. She is making this community a better place. Everything is very clean, warm and inviting. My favorite is the dog washing station! There are plenty of places to sit and relax around the community as well. It makes working out of the office really enjoyable."
