I have been here 16 wonderful years and will renew again and again I brag to all my friends about how wonderful it is living here at South Pointe."

"Just recently moved out due to personal situations . I will miss living here so much. Matt was a great property manager. The new property manager Mark is amazing as well! Awesome place to live highly recommend , very accommodating, understanding, all around a great community. Matt the property manager is the best along with the rest of the office staff and maintenance. If there is ever a problem it is always handled very quickly. The community is very clean and well kept. I love living here!"

"Property is fantastic and the Property Manager himself is fantastic. If you read the reviews most of the 1 star complaints are from people who don’t live here. Sad to see people do this considering I’ve never experienced any problems living here for over 2 years. Everyone I’ve talked to that LIVE here at the property love this place. It’s a great location near Bayshore, affordable pricing compared to other nearby locations, and the maintenance staff keep the grounds nice. Any problems that have occurred the property manager handles immediately. They have gone above and beyond to make us residents happy and cared for. Customer service goes a LONG way these days and I for one am grateful for South Pointe and its entire staff. If I could rate it 6 stars I would."

"THIS PLACE. Whoever owns this place..... needs to recognize the community director Matt Spaw for outstanding customer service, and for just being an outstanding human. He is a shining example that good, kind, and conscientious people still exist in this world. We have been in the overwhelming process of moving my son from Chicago to Tampa, a city I know nothing about. Somehow the fates directed me to call South Pointe first and Matt answered the phone, who was extremely polite and professional. After speaking with him I took a leap of faith and signed a lease sight unseen. Matt responded to all my emailed questions promptly (and I had a lot) and even sent me some pics so I could decide what furniture to move across country. We flew down to finalize the walk through papers and I discovered he was just as nice in person. The apartment itself was clean and in working order, the grounds around the pool area are well kept with lots of trees, and the area is conveniently located to shopping. Unfortunately I don't expect this great of customer service these days, so Matt restored my outlook. Thank you!"
