"Milana Reserve has been a very nice place to live thus far. We have been here for about one year. The maintenance team is amazing, they have helped us with multiple problems both big and small and usually come within the same day we put in the request. Sean in the front office is also wonderful and was extremely helpful upon moving in and also has been throughout our time here. Other reviews mentioning certain things about upkeep of property and the smell of marijuana aren't completely wrong, but I think the pros far outweigh the cons when it comes to everything else that's nice about this place- especially the price for rent, it's the most affordable I have seen in Tampa. :)"

"I want to start by saying that the people that work at the front office are great. They are some of the most responsive and helpful people I've dealt with when it comes to management. The Maintenance team is also great too, very prompt, a lot of times I would put in a request late in the evening and they would be there the next morning and fix it. That being said, it's an apartment complex, and you're always rolling the dice with the people you live with. I rolled very poorly. Everyone is far too loud, either by yelling their conversations in the parking lot, slamming their doors, or blasting music, sometimes even from their balcony. The place smells like weed constantly. I wouldn't mind it if it were every now and then but it's an everyday thing. My mail has been stolen 3 times. I have to get almost all my Amazon packages mailed to my work. If they arrive and you are not home, even if only for an hour, there's a high chance that package will not be there when you come back home. The apartments are right on Himes, which gets way more traffic than you would think. I can hear every car that drives by my apartment even as I type this. If you work from home this will slowly drive you insane. There's very little dampening that happens and depending on your building you can be like 50 feet from the road."

"I have lived in 12 apartments within 15 years across the state of Florida, and moved into Milana Reserve a few weeks ago. It has been the easiest move in experience I have ever had! My apartment is great and the most affordable I have found in Carrollwood after a few months of searching. The community is nice and welcoming, and most residents I have met have been living here for several years, which says so much about the community. I highly recommend!!"

"So unfortunate to see some of the negative reviews here because I have lived here for 8 months without any major issues. Just for the record, I live in building 2 and have never had any problems with roaches or any type of pests except a wasp nest on the balcony which was quickly removed when I reported it. Sadly, it is my last month here renting at Milana Reserve. It has been a pleasant experience overall. The staff here at Milana Reserve have been nothing but kind and very professional. They definitely take pride in their work in making a pleasant experience for their residents here. The maintenance team here have also been pleasant to work with in responding to calls promptly. The grounds here are also kept clean and well maintained which makes everything beautiful to look at especially by the pond. Finally, needing a temporary rental as we relocated from another state and not knowing the area very well, I was very grateful that we stumbled upon this place."
