From the moment you walk through the doors, you are welcomed by friendly and attentive staff who are eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The building and grounds are impeccably maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. The apartments themselves are spacious, stylishly decorated, and come with all the modern conveniences you could want, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample closet space. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light, making the space feel bright and airy. Another thing that sets Mosaic Westshore apart is its location. Situated in the heart of Tampa's vibrant Westshore neighborhood, it is just steps away from some of the best shopping, dining, and entertainment in the city. The nearby International Plaza and Bay Street offer a wide range of upscale shopping options, while the Westshore Plaza is home to a variety of popular retailers."

"I live in the condo complex facing mosaic, Siena villas. Residents of Mosaic leave their dogs locked on their balconies for excessive and inappropriate hours, as early as 5 am, barking NONSTOP. It is incredibly agitating and also riles up the dogs across the street to bark. The noise is VERY loud for a small yorkie. It is on the second floor and this is an every day occurrence. The unit is 5 or 6 back from Kennedy. I’m leaving this here because there is no way to get in touch with a human at mosaic, nor is there an email to contact. This entire community is begging to to tell the resident to keep their yapping dog inside."

"Warning: DO NOT LEASE AN APARTMENT FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH RUDE WORKERS This has to be the worst apartment complex I have ever seen. I had came here to tour an apartment and possibly sign a lease. Just as I arrived the Manager John came up to me and asked me why I was here in a snarly voice. I told him I was interested in signing a lease and asked if I could tour an apartment. From his facial expression, I could tell that he didn’t even want to put in the effort to show me an apartment. He said okay, and then told me to sit at the table while he came back. I sat at the table for 30 minutes waiting for him while he was on the computer. I went to his office after waiting for 10 minutes and asked him how much more time it would take because we were getting late. He responded that he would be coming out in 5 minutes and that he was busy. I could see that he wasn’t doing anything and was on his phone. He finally came to show me the apartment. While we were walking down the hallway, I could clearly see that he was not interested in answering any of my questions and was on his phone. The apartment was in awful condition and their were a lot of imperfections. I could sense that John was a little bit racist in the way he was talking to me and the way he was talking to other. I didn’t really mind all this up until the end. I asked him how much the rent was for the apartment and he quoted me $500 over market price for the same apartment in other places. I asked him why the prices were so high and I could see that he got super frustrated with that question and then told me that the prices were non negotiable in a very rude and stubborn voice. I left feeling disgusted in this place. After looking at the reviews, I am so glad I didn’t sign a lease here"

"Mosaic Westshore has been one of the best experiences as tenant that I had. I've been renting here for the last two years. I’ve enjoyed a 100% everything in Mosaic Westshore, the facilities are clean and beautiful. The maintenance is a constant ally in order to keep everything o the best conditions. But the most important thing is the people who work in that building, they are super kind and professional. I want to give a BIG thanks for their help and always be present when I needed them to, John O'Shea and especially to Griffin Hohn, if you need help or solve any issue, contact them, they have the solution always.
