"Beautiful apartment complex. Mario (maintenance) and Sara (management) have been amazing and super helpful when there has been an issue or we need something fixed in our apartment! They have been welcoming and are doing great in keeping the place maintained."

"Modern boutique apartments with great cozy amenities! Ten minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the shopping mall! The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to keep this place looking beautiful. Sarah is an extremely kind manager who shows exceptional leadership and Mario is a very humble hard working maintenance supervisor. I am the first person to live in my unit and after 3 years I am still here thanks to the staff. Now if only the other residents had the consideration to do their part and keep this place looking brand new the way we found it that would be great. The staff isn’t the issue here it’s definitely some entitled residents who are quite gross and seem like they were never taught to clean their spaces and public areas after using them . However, there are plenty of great friendly residents here that do their best."

"I’ve been living here for about a year and I’ve got to say it’s one of my favorite places I’ve ever lived! It feels like a very safe environment that’s always clean and kept up very well! There are some weekends where there’s a lot of trash and the maintenance man (I think his name is Mario?) does such a great job keeping it orderly and clean every week. The pool area is always spotless and inviting to swim in. The elevator is always clean and smells good even though many tenants have dogs, which was an issue at my old apartments. The new manager has great communication with us as well! Very happy with my time here!"

"First floor reeks of trash and mildew, the outside near the trash ben there’s old furniture and tons of garbage around it, every morning you’re woken up by seagulls eating the trash. When I take these problems up with the leasing manager I’m brushed off. The hallways are carpeted but it seems as if they never been cleaned. I’ve resorted to vacuuming the front of my door because the maintenance workers won’t do it. You pay for all the “luxurious amenities” like the coffee maker down stairs yet there’s never any cups and the machine it self is always cut off or saying it needs a rinse, don’t expect to have coffee on a weekend because it will be off. The old manager used to do grab and go breakfast, which is also part of the amenities we pay for but we don’t get those anymore. The front gates are almost always broken either They’re completely open or they won’t open at all. And what amazes me is that the people who work for this place live here yet they seem to have no problem with the filth. This place is not worth the money"

"Small community boutique luxury living. I have been at this community for just about two years now and I really enjoy living here. Conveniently located to shopping and all highways. Our new property manager Sara is exceptional. Very professional, attentive to any needs around the community and really goes above and beyond for the residents. Our maintenance man Mario always completes any service inquires in a very timely manner. The community is well maintained and the resident gatherings are thoughtful and tasteful."
