Hanley Place

"This apartment complex is a joke my girlfriend lives there. Her apartment has been with out air for almost 2 weeks. She works 12 hour shifts. I live in Brandon she drives past her place to come to my place at 1am after working a 12 shift so she can sleep. She had me go check on her apartment since I work near her place when I got off. She had know air still went to there office cause she said there phones was not working in there office. The girl in the office said they would come out to fix her air conditioner and it's was an emergency. But knowbody fixed it. I went by her house at 9 pm to see if they fixed it still no air. Read the temp in her apartment it read 78 degrees. She pays $1600 for a one bed room apartment and can't stay there cause she has no air can you all explain to you all tenants and the better business how this makes sense. It's against the law in Florida for a person to be with out air for a long period of time."

"Always changing management Need to go in person to office to get maintenance issues fixed and they tell you not to but how else would you get results. Not accommodating as far as maintaining the property. And cost of rent is way too high for the way at least my apartment was looking.. I no longer live here and I will not recommend!!!"

"My apartment is extremely dusty and I've asked multiple times to have vents vacuumed and it was never done. Poor flooring, many holes and cracks in wall where small bugs and ants get through. I've lives in 3 different units over several years and this by far is the worse unit I've lived in.not at all worth the price I'm having to rent for. Waiting for tenants to move out before you update the apartment and install washer and dryer is not right."

"This is the worse place that you could rent. Nothing you report to get fixed is never fix. Stove only have 2 working burners, dishwasher doesn’t work, bathroom drains clogged, living room floor cracked as well as kitchen, incomplete washer and dryer installation over 8 months and still I don’t have it done, valet trash removal only comes once in a while but still charging $25 monthly, office apts never answer phone calls. I had a leak in the ceiling of one bedroom for over 9 months until it got fixed. This Hanley place apts are constantly under new management. Completely ridiculous."

"Not even 1 -00 they don’t answer the phone’s you can’t bother the lady’s in the front desk they to busy lol . We don’t have lights since 4-5 months no electricity on the hallway but no one cares the answer is they were ordered from Israel or china because they don’t make it here. But the rent is due oh yeah that they figured out quickly the potable doesn’t work they don’t want your money order but they take all the favoritism people. No grill’s allowed but look around they still have grills on some balcony of the special ones favoritism. If the upstairs tenant makes noise at 3&4 am and you complain nothing gets done. This people who has this big houses on Fern have there own trash can and guess what they come bring they trash to our dumpster so we can get charged for the trash. Is that not GREAT! In some building the have in 1 bedroom apartment 5 people living in there in others 2 and the water bill if extremely high. Guess what you are paying for there water. This office need to pay attention to this situation that it’s what’s making this place a horrendous place to stay. Sadly"
