Waterview at Rocky Point Apartments

"Resident since 2018. Must say that the last year, since Jane has been the property manager everything has improved. She is a caring manager and always has her door open. When she sees one of tenants walk into the office she always asks if everything is OK and is anything needed. If something goes wrong she will get her maintenance staff on it as soon as possible. I appreciate her so much. The staff is awesome. Andrea always has a smile on his face. Met the new Assistant Manager, very kind and keeps smiling."

"Went for a tour today and was not impressed. It’s a NO. It was easy to mark off of our list. Don’t take my word for it. Go and see it for yourself. I don’t want to say anything bad; but I will say that people do not pickup after their dogs here. The pools were open but I would not dare get in that water."

"This property is awesome. The maintenance is Top Tier. They come AS SOON AS you put a request in. I’ve been here for 3 years and haven’t had to many issues. Definitely the maintenance is a BIG PLUSSS. If they can get me switched to a bigger unit once I resign my lease then they will be by far the BEST property I have ever rented for."

"I never thought moving 1500 miles across the country to a new home would be this easy. Communication with the management staff has been as beautiful as the view at the pool and just as friendly as the group of manatees and neighborhood dolphin that cruises through our canal. Andre is a great asset to our community here and all of his work is greatly appreciated. Friendly faces and fresh coffee is a guarantee when you walk into the leasing office and the dedicated maintenance crew can always be seen busy working hard to keep this complex great! 10/10 would recommend!"
