"Finally got my Deposit back a year after I left my apartment. I thought when I was moving in I was getting a remodel but she lied then they have me the wrong move in time and they lost my keys to give me to move in. There were many car break in and my apartment had a roach problem- Took matters into my own hands because I was tired of them. I was having troubles with my A/C - then my A/C unit went out and they left me without A/C for a whole week and half!! IN THE MIDDLE OF AUGUST! IT was 89 degrees in my apartment! Then a month later we didn't have water for three days. Luckily, I was not the downstair neighbor bc they flooded his apartment trying to fix whatever was wrong. They do have really nice amities and good location for everything."

"Barbara is amazing super nice. Buildings, exterior areas, and parking lots always clean. Excellent place to stay long-term. I've been here for 1 year and I've felt safe and comfortable."

"Do NOT move to these apartments. True hell hole!! They look decent from the outside, but they are cheap, disgusting, and really poorly managed. There are many negative things my family and I experienced during the year we lived here, but the worst thing was the infestation. It happened so, so fast, and turned into my nightmare so quickly. I had just had a baby, so when we started realizing the little black bugs we saw were in fact baby roaches, we asked them to spray. The infestation turned horrible so quickly (considering they won’t spray more than once a week), we were throwing out appliances and belongings left and right. I have nightmares about my husband discovering their nest (in a hole in the wall behind the oven), and vacuuming them up. I was bawling on the phone, taking my toddler, newborn infant, and dog and packing up all to pay hundreds in a hotel stay while we figured out what to do. We pleaded with management to get more pest control in there than just a weekly spray, but they just tried to blame us. I even ended up calling the city and they came to file a report, and said we were clean people and it seems like there’s an infestation in the walls of the complex, where this infestation is just getting passed unit to unit. I have nightmares about staying up all night once we finally returned, dragging my family to the living room to hold my babies and sit on furniture with flashlights while these things just crawled on the walls around us. The management was so heartless and tried to blame us in every way. I even offered to pay for an external bug specialist but they wouldn’t allow it. This place is horrific. They may try and say my name is not on the record for having lived there, but this google account is my maiden name."

"I've lived here for a month and things are great so far. They text you about updates/news regarding the complex, so I always feel in the know. Barbara helped me move in and she's really nice and helpful. Moving was an easy process and I haven't had any issues in my studio, structural or otherwise. :)"

"So I give this place a five star rating not because it's perfect, but because for what your paying its the best you can expect and some of my issues have less to do with the apartment staff and more so with a few of the neighbors. The rent is good, and they have a payment service that splits up the rent so it makes it much easier to be on time. Lake is beautiful and the clubhouse is fire. Main issues I've had is mainly the laundry room and obnoxiously loud neighbors, but those are just part of living at an apartment. Will definitely be staying here awhile."
