Country Square Apartments 8449 Aiken Court, Tampa, FL 33615

"Raised the Price for renewal over $1000 a month for a Box. Had to deal with Homeless people Living in a abandoned house 5 feet from my apartment. The Front office did nothing. I had to take care of the problem myself took over 3 months to get them removed. Street and Sidewalks Covered in Duck poop. And to top it all off they are holding my security deposit ( According to front office "It was mailed out" over 2 months ago ....) I ask to speak to management but apparently management doesn't have a email or phone number to contact them."

"I forgot to post these. Our air conditioner got messed up like 3 times and you can literally see all the mold built up in there and they just slid the new one right in didn't even bother to do anything about it then they think they're gonna keep my deposit I will get a lawyer if I have to we barely even stayed there the last few months because of the flea problem."

"Very nice apartment complex, located in a convenient location close to lots of stores and bus stops. They have studios one and 2 bedroom apartments. The manager Heidy was polite and was able to answer all of my questions. My sister in law enjoys living here maintenance is very prompt. Daniel and Vladimir have taken care of all her work orders."

"I never had any problems with the apartment complex although its been about 6 years since i moved. The staff was very pleasant, if ever I had any problems in the apartment ,they always were available to to fix it, The only reason i moved out was to be closer to my place of employment. The management back then was Amanda and her team. They very efficient and worked hard to make sure all was running smoothly."
