"When I read the reviews for Berkshires while we were looking for our first apartment I thought something fishy might be going on or they had fake reviews. My boyfriend and I set our first tour and decided to see it for ourselves. The staff was amazing, helpful, and extremely accommodating to our needs and concerns. After we signed the lease I thought maybe the hospitality and customer service they provided might wither away, but I was absolutely impressed and proven wrong. They have addressed every single question or issue we’ve had almost immediately. The care and concern they have for their residents is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. My boyfriend and I are so happy to call Berkshires our first home."

"Former tenant here! I remember reading all of these raving reviews and trying to call bluff until I met the staff and toured the apartments! This was hands down the best apartment I have ever lived in. If work did not take me to Pinellas we would absolutely still be living there. Josh and the leasing office staff are all kind, caring, and personable! All repairs were done ASAP and appliance issues that couldn’t be fixed in a timely manner were replaced or swapped out. If I could give Josh a kiss on the forehead I would. Love that man! 10/10 recommendation for Berkshire!"

"Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The apartment grounds are beautifully maintained and have a "in the country" feel. Buildings are spaced nicely. This is a gated community with many amenities including close to excellent shopping."

"If you are like me you already some read reviews. The people have spoken and I will definitely co-sign; this was the best rental experience I had in 18 years! I called it "The Walt Disney of apartment communities!" LOL! The office and maintenance staff kindness is not just for show, the are like that 24/7, I know because they were my neighbors. EVERYTHING WORKED! It never was "going to be fixed", it was just fixed and working! Everything looked perfect! I felt like I was walking around in a magazine. Even the furry creatures were well kept and picked up after. All of my neighbors were friendly and the kids were always monitored and never anything other than well-behaved. I don't have anything bad to say about Berkshires after almost 3 years. I was on a teaching salary, and I could have opted to pay a little less but, the service and the atmosphere was unbelievable awesome just like Disney! To the office and maintenance staff; with all that was going on in Florida from 2015-2018, going home everyday to Berkshires was the best part and I will never forget! Thanks Guys"
