"Moved in here a few months ago and have had a good experience. If I ever have an issue, the staff is helpful and attends to things quickly. Joseph in the office is really nice and makes sure things are taken care of whenever I call. The handymen are also attentive and work fast."

"Office staff was very friendly! Zeke took me on a tour, a 2 bedroom wasn’t available to view but he was able to show me a floor plan and a 1 bedroom to give me a good idea of what the unit looked like. Apartment was very clean and modern looking. Good experience overall!"

"The apartments has going down I see since some of the staff has changed. Dog poop not being picked up, kids playing without their parents just doing anything to other property. I'm also noticing people putting patio furniture on the front porch not the screened in porch which can cause someone to fall going up the stairs plus it makes the property look tacky and nasty. I mean who wants to see a messy porch or even feel you're being watch while coming in and out of your door. The added fees kind of is silly because it makes no sense to have. Valley trash pick up when the dumpster is STEPS away from your unit. That should be a option to the renter. Some things could be upgraded when it comes to the apartments."

"honest review from someone living here since April 2023 and it’s now November 2023 … - management is horrible. I’ve been here less than a year and it’s changed managers three times and the current front office assistant named zeke is rude. - kids are running in and out of the road, they are noisy at the pool/park, and they play in the dog park - there’s a large amount of dog poop not being picked up probably because staff never refills the poop bag stations. The dog park is filthy and 75% of the park is a dirty sand pit. - the head maintenance man is a creep and I’ve repeatedly asked him to not speak to me when I’m walking to my car etc and he still makes it a mission to get off his golf cart and talk to me about random stuff - many people leave large furniture at the dumpster and it sits for weeks As far as rent I’m paying around $1550 for a “luxury apartment”. Nothing is luxury about it they cheaply put vinyl on the floor to make it look like wood and they did the same with the granite counters. You can see they tried to make the apartment trendy on a budget. The amenities are not luxury either. On top of rent you pay a mandatory bundle that’s around $150 … while living here I’ve noticed a bunch of random add on charges no one disclosed when I agreed to move in. Will no renew again."
