"Horrid place to live! They Never pick up the phone EVER so if you need something done you have to go in person….. you pay for trash valet every month and they don’t pick up the trash and the apartment complex has the audacity to bombard my door with letters about trash etiquette???? I moved in here years ago and it was so nice and cleanly but that’s certainly far from reality now. I’ll never forget the one time someone in my building plastered the apartment logo on a picture of a pig then they printed it out and threw it all over the elevators and halls. Thats what you should expect moving into this sham of facade they call “luxury living”."

"After 11 month living I have to say is the most expensive place I lived in and the worst. My experience here has been the a nightmare, the apartment are beautiful but it take management to step it up and do there job. They just don’t care. How is it that you don’t address a mold problem. They go to my apartment without permission to cover up the mold. Disappointed and frustrated the way they ignore maintenance request. Do your self a favor and don’t waste your time and money. Is not worth it!!!"

"This is almost daily. This is ABSURD. This is disgusting. Luxury upscale apartments? Don’t even let me get started on how strict they enforce the pool rules with a dirty pool. You won’t be able to enjoy your time. Life is stressful enough and they want to “fine” us or call the police for being there after 8pm lol don’t fall for the 5 star reviews ladies and gentlemen."

"NO EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE RESPONSE! The first floor flooded today and On-Call Maintenance was called at least 3x over a span of 3.5 hours and no one responded. When emailing the property manager, she responded that she’s no longer the manager??? So no maintenance response and no communication to the community of a new PM?!?"
