"To whom it may concern; This email is to express to you the bad taste of mouth that I received from your Company, your Assistant Manager, Carmen Rodriguez, Property Manager, Erica. I have just received an email regarding payment of $1727.00 owed from your collection company for the breach of my contract and other fees. I have never received a final account statement from your company, I have even emailed Mrs. Carmen Rodriguez many times requested this since I would like to make a payment plan, you can see below, i never received a response from her which is very common for Mrs. Rodriguez not acknowledge when helping anyone or doing her job, she just want bad for everyone, just be careful with this "Cristian woman's . I have worked at Reef Club and I have been in the business for nearly 20 years and I know the law. I was very upset today as I never received anything, an email and certified mail NOTHING, and I requested a Copy of the statement as I am entitled as a former tenant but both refuse.This was denied by their Manager Erica and her Assistant. I really need this to be resolve as I am not going to be placed on collections for anyone , at this point charges needs to be VOID and NULL as by law you have 15 days to sent any outstanding balance to the last unknown address which today I recieve an email from sequim customer support and ready pay that I spoke with Ruben and he " stated that your company sent me an email on the December 10th which I never recieved and asked to forward that email instead he sent me a email with today's date. How can I trust a company that has been wrong since day one? How can I make a payment? When you are charging trash bags and I don't see any pictures, the contract states that you have 15 days to send a Move out statement. I will pay the amount of liquidated damages besides that everything else should be void."

"For everyone saying about issues mold and broken stuff leaks holes. Anything call code enforcement all of you get them in trouble . You all gonna get sick from the mold etc. And they will get in trouble and have to fix and replace stuff or they will be fined. Says low income and they wanna treat people like dirt and egnore calls. Says low income but still a bit pricey. And wanna charge a fee and rent for pets like really. Specifically what if the pet is for a child or adult with a disability. And contact the news station."
