"I lived here 6 years..Had great management when we moved in. Had gone down hill after Michaelson bought it..I was glad when the current management bought it and start improvements. When I moved out they went out of there way to go above and beyond to help me with all my problems. Good luck to them and I have seen much improvement . It is a great neighborhood. I never felt safe and as a whole it was very quiet...Thank you again"

"Not the place to move into, I moved here in December 2018, and was told my apartment was an upgrade the bathroom basin was rusted and my bathtub rusted the sliding glass door was broken and cracked up and would not lock my closet shelves we’re make shift out of card board I was told this apartment was upgraded before I moved in I have been flooded with backup raw sewage on a Saturday am @4am tried to reach emergency maintenance there was none to call so I had to use 8 bed sheets and 20 towels to try and stop the flooding then came the busted underground pipe that continued to flood my apartment til Monday am when the office opened and had a big hold in my bathroom walls because it was underground, most of my personal property was destroyed and they did not even say to me we apologize for your inconvenience On March 21 they just fixed my sliding glass door and closet with real wood shelving was told they was coming back to replace the corroded bathroom drain I never heard back from anyone even after emailing the Regional Manager on site I went over to the office. They want the money but take their time about fixing up the place. And charges $150 if you are a day late on the 4th of the month. I was lied to my the leasing Manager was told my apartment was an upgrade instead I got for the upgrade money a dump fixer upper that has been an inconvience for me since I moved in December the residents dogs poop all over the place walk ways and all and the ducks too their is always garbage on the ground by the dumpster where my apartment is ,the lawn people blows all the dirt under the stairwells . I would not recommend this place to anyone don’t waist your time here. My regret I did not read the reviews before selecting this place to live."

"Horrible place to live!!!!! Not only did I have to throw out almost everything that I owned because of the infestation of roaches but they charged me to have the carpets cleaned when I moved out!! Carpets looked the way they looked when I moved in actually they looked better. No matter how many times I complained about the roaches they never did anything about it. In all the times I complained they only sprayed once and I complained a handful of times. Stay far away from this place unless you want to get infested with roaches. This apartment doesn't even deserve one star and it's definitely not worth the money."

"This place does not deserve a single star. Management promised a unit with a washer dryer hook up but when I got there with the moving truck they said it was not available so I had to take a different apartment. They said I could come back in 3 months...as if I could just hold onto the moving truck and live inside it? I moved from out of state, they knew this. So I had to take the place. When I went inside, I saw tons of dead roaches. They said this was because the place had been cleaned and exterminated--there would be no more bugs. They had no other places for me to move into. The first night, roaches were everywhere crawling on the walls, across the carpet, in the bedrooms, kitchen, everywhere. They said well we spray on Thursdays. I was told that my place wasn't that bad because some places had so many roaches you could see the carpet moving! This was what management told me!! I was informed if I broke my lease that they would hold it against my credit. They do not have to keep their end of the lease and are able to lie about what you are getting and the condition of the apartment. I have fought roaches ever since. Multiple repairs have been requested and not addressed. I had a flood from the upstairs apartment and they would not fix the leak. When maintenance finally came by, he said well it's dry now. I could go on but you get the picture. I don't even have a working AC unit. The complex is a "gated" community but everyone gives out the code so it makes no difference. I pulled up to enter my code and someone I didn't even know told me a different code to enter. They have had multiple break ins in the past year and a fire in my building as well as regular flooding when it rains heavily. For your family's safety and health, please do not make the mistake that I did. You do not want to live here."
