"It’s a great place to live, but? They are three deficiencies one in security, one in exterior decore in the hallways and one with irresponsible dog owners: 1. The locks from the pool and gym are still not working, and this could lead to a stranger entering with out authorization at night. Being a person who served in the US NAVY I take security seriously. 2. If the hallways were white instead of mustard yellow, the hallways would have the illusion of being bigger and nicer, and at night it would look brighter with the hallway lights. 3. Don’t know who the neighbors are, but theirs dog poo sometimes in the grass and few times I can smell it. That’s why I can give it a 5 out of 5 for now, it’s mostly a 4.3. It’s a quiet place to live, mostly most neighbors live quietly, and maintanance quickly tries to get everything fix."

"If I can rate it 0 stars , believe me I will . I have loved at this complex from 2021-2023 and the experience was -10/10 do not recommend. Building is always messy and has ridiculous water damage for a complex that’s less than 5 yrs old . The pool and grill are never working or open , the basket ball hoop was always missing , the elevator never worked and complex was always a mess . I had a serious issue in my unit for months ( 8 months to be exact ) that caused damage to my belongings and unit that not even the insurance would cover because they said the complex was at fault and no one attended to it , instead my calls and emails were ignored and neglected regardless how the physical proven given of the situation that was completely unlivable. But they expected me to pay full rent still even tho nothing in my unit was fixed or attended to for months and no reimbursement for belongings . And when they attempted to do something is was literally nothing that fixed the issue . The property manager is a complete waste , rude and and lacks customer service and Hospitality, talks to people as if they are beneath her and literally does nothing . Front office is never any help . This place lacks accountability and is inhumane ."

"Noisy as all get out! Every apartment is filled with people who party late into the night. They are rude and completely irrational when it comes to both their noise level and when they are confronted about their behavior. Plus the management does nothing to help with the problem. They say they write letters but either they don't and say they do, or they do and the residents don't heed them. It is absolutely unlivable and should be avoided at all costs if you wish to have a good nights rest at any point in your stay at this complex."
