"Had a 9 am appointment to tour the facility. Showed at 9am as scheduled only to be left standing outside office due to no one being at work. I managed to flag a maintenance guy down at 910 who lacked social skills. He makes a call and then informs me that I have to come back at 930 because no one showed. Clearly a sign of poor property management."

Marie is a very sweet person who always goes above and beyond. Her maintenance team are very friendly and quick in accomplishing their duties! Great team overall!"

"I love the area and I been living here for the past 3 years. Never been late with my rent. The website had technical issues when I submitted my payment but it never really went through. I called to figure out what was wrong, why the money was still in my account, she told me I called too late and that I have to pay $160 late fee plus $30 for money order. They talked to me like I was nothing. They sit behind their computer and not even acknowledge or try to understand people situations. If I never been late they should have known something technical was wrong and at least try to work with me. If you don’t care about how people treat you when you have a problem, move in. I’m ready to move out."

"One star is too much. The good location of this complex is greatly overshadowed by its terrible management. Upon accidentally paying from the wrong account one month, which bounced back my charge and added a $75 fee (which I gladly payed due to my mistake), they turned off my online payments and charged me $30 extra each month to "process the physical checks" that they requested. I later found out, after reviewing my lease, that they stated it should have only been $25 extra. Then, 2 months from me moving out they tried to get my dog removed (who was listed on my lease) because they lost the information I sent to them prior to ever moving in to get him verified as a registered service animal. On top of all of this, I have been moved out of this apartment for over 2 months now and they are trying to collect fees for "damages - apartment deep clean" that should've been deducted from my security deposit as the email says. But, my apartment was definitely not deep cleaned when I moved in. I never even received pictures of my unit after requesting for them multiple times. I received a call from Latisha yesterday as she tried to collect this payment for (her words) "charges" before she informed me they had mixed me up with a different account. Today I received an email regarding these same "charges." Olivia answered my call today and could not assist me as "she was locked out of my account" so now I'm still having to deal with this while I am literally in a different state. They need new management. I'm sure they are good people but the hell they cause for their tenants is ridiculous and they seem to not ever be on the same page. I don't even want to get into other issues I had such as staff not being present during their listed hours, false advertising (as the units were listed as renovated), upon many more. Stay away from The Villas at Flagler Pointe and Flagler Pointe Apartments."
