"THIS IS A REAL REVIEW FROM A CURRENT TENANT!!!!!!! My experience has been nothing but great from the time I applied. I had a million questions before even applying and Erica never failed to answer any of them. Erica was always friendly and move in day was a breeze. I was skeptical because of all of the negative reviews but everything was explained perfectly and since move in all my request have been met. Maintenance is so nice and both times each maintenance worker had a smile on their face EVERY TIME!!!! I have a emotional support animal and the process to get him registered was so easy. I would like to thank Erica N, Krista G and the whole Vineland Landing staff for being so welcoming. This review will be updated in 6 months."

"This place deserves a negative zero. DO NOT MOVE HERE no matter what your circumstances are in life! Management will rush you into a disgustingly filthy apartment. I am Disabled and have severe health issues. They put me into an apartment with over 6 year old carpet that has feces, sand, dirt, grass, bugs, and etc. in it. So unsanitary and gross - I have plenty of photos, which they won't allow in their reviews. They also gave me a busted up stove with a major crack in the burner, a washing machine that was disgustingly dirty and full of old detergent, a dryer that was full of lint, which is a major fire hazard, a leaking kitchen faucet, and busted up refrigerator. The breezeways are filthy dirty with trash everywhere, and the manager talks down to you and totally expects you to live in the FILTH they gave you! I have NEVER seen such blatant disregard of residents and lack of humanity in my life. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! Crime in this area is bad too - police helicopters flying over just about every single night - not a safe place to live either!"

"The team is so amazing! They are friendly and sweet. I can go to the with questions and they answer with a quick accurate response. Krista the director always greets me with a smile and willing to help. The maintenance staff is great and responsive."

"If I could give it zeroo stars I would but I’ll choose the lowest. You’ll be paying for High rent with roaches. all these rules about no loitering in the halls and be clean yet their stair cases are the most disgusting things to see. People doing drugs all over the neighborhood out in the open. They have a sign on the office stating office closed all the time so good look trying to get someone to Answer any calls or msgs .they do not care about their tenants. Everyone hates the office manager….EVERYONE! and when you meet her you’ll see why. So glad I don’t live there anymore. Save your money find something better."
